Mr. Usero, COO of Nuvini, oversees operational excellence, financial discipline, and AI-driven transformation across the portfolio. He previously held senior executive roles at Constellation Software, leading companies and teams across multiple global regions. Before Constellation, Gustavo founded and scaled a Brazilian software company acquired by a French software group, becoming a shareholder and key operator until its successful sale to Constellation.
Mr. Otero, CFO of Nuvini, brings over 15 years of corporate finance and capital markets leadership across Latin America and the United States. He previously served as CFO of Eurofarma International and Arco Platform, a Nasdaq-listed ed-tech company. Earlier, he spent a decade at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Executive Director, leading major IPOs, equity research, and investor advisory initiatives.
Mrs. Wang is a cleantech venture capitalist and Investment Partner at the Amazon Climate Pledge Fund. Formerly Investment Director at Shell Ventures, she led energy-transition investments across hydrogen, carbon management, storage, mobility, and power, deploying $150M+ over a decade. She sits on startup boards and advisory councils, and lectures at MIT, Rice, Berkeley, and Brandeis. Rice MBA, NTU B.S., CFA.
Mr. Busnello co-founded Nuvini S.A. in October 2020. As COO and CFO, he executes the business plan and budget and monitors portfolio performance; as interim CFO, he leads finance, accounting, and legal. Mr. Gonçalves is a Nuvini director with deep finance and venture capital experience. He co-founded and leads DOMO Invest (2016), a Brazil-based asset manager backing pre-seed and seed startups, now running four funds with over US$100M AUM. Mr. Bezerra has 35+ years in Brazil’s technology, payments, and banking sectors. Managing Director at Banco Itaú (1996–2019), he was CTO and CIO for cards, insurance, and Rede S.A., leading transformation, acquisitions, and datacenter integrations. He holds an engineering B.S. (IMT, 1983) and executive programs. Today he is a fintech investor and mentor, serving on regional boards and audit committees.
Marco Leone
Mr. Leone has 25+ years in IT across Brazil and Latin America. He launched and led Micro Focus International in the region as VP/GM (2009–2023), guiding complex integrations and the OpenText acquisition. Previously he was VP/GM at CA Technologies Brazil (1997–2007). He holds a B.A. and MBA from FGV, plus certifications, and is an active angel investor and advisory-board member.
